For CDF projects- the flow able characteristics of this material means it can readily be placed into a trench and into tight or restricted-access areas where placing and compacting fill is difficult. Flow able fill is used as a bedding material for pipe, electrical, telephone, and other types of conduits because the mixture easily fills voids beneath the conduit and provides uniform support

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Although we strongly emphasize the safety risk of dryer vent fires, it is important to note the additional benefits of cleaning your dryer vent and dryer. Unlike furnaces and water heaters, dryers produce excess waste in the form of lint that clogs the vent over time. This results in a loss of efficiency, longer drying times, and a build-up of moisture-accumulating lint.

The biggest financial benefit of cleaning your dryer is the improved efficiency. Once lint starts to impede airflow, your dryer will take longer to dry, which uses more natural gas and electricity. Cleaning your vent can result in noticeable changes to natural gas bills as the natural gas becomes more efficiently used to dry clothes.

The soft, dry, and absorbent lint creates another problem in some cases; moisture. As the dryer is expelling warm moist air the lint will begin to soak up all the moisture. Eventually, the moisture will begin to condense out of the lint and leak from the seams of the dryer vent. This can damage drywall and other porous surfaces, and worse yet, create mold in your walls where the moisture is accumulating.
